COVID-19 Notice

Your Building Inspector will continue to conduct inspections during this crisis.

All staff at Your Building Inspector will strictly follow the Queensland Departmentof Health recommended Covid-19 transmission minimisation protocols.

• All inspectors will regularly demonstrate personal hygiene including frequent hand washing
• All inspectors will practice social distancing
• No inspector will conduct an inspection if they show any symptoms of colds, flu or covid-19
• No inspector has been overseas in the past 4 weeks

An inspection cannot take place if the home to be inspected is occupied by people in quarantine, showing symptoms or where social separation cannot be maintained.

We encourage all clients and their family members to avoid attending the inspection; alternatively our inspector will call you and discuss their findings verbally over the phone.

During the inspection we ask for the agent and seller/tenant to remain outside the property whilst the inspector is undertaking the internal inspection.
